At 10:00 a.m. on September 19, 2018, a sharp fire alarm bell rang, opening the prelude to the annual fire drill of ZHUOER-TECH 2018.
ZHUOER-TECH immediately initiated the emergency plan for fire fighting and evacuation, organized the emergency evacuation of workshop and office staff, and orderly "fled the fire scene" along the prescribed route.
All the staff of ZHUOER-TECH, especially the production department, quality department, engineering department and sample group of the workshop, are evacuated strictly according to the evacuation direction and route. Under the guidance of evacuation guides, within 5 minutes, hundreds of employees were evacuated safely to their designated locations, department heads concentrated on counting the number of staff, squad leaders in the region security exit guard staff.
At the same time, the cargo preservation group, coordination group, external liaison group, medical group exercises are also carried out in an orderly manner.
After the staff assembled at the emergency assembly point, volunteer firefighters explained the use of various fire extinguishing equipment and how to control and dispose of the fire. Faced with the burning source, the staff actively experienced the use of dry powder fire extinguishers, and have a full understanding of effective fire fighting emergency measures.
Before the fire drill, all departments of ZHUOER-TECH were trained and drills to mobilize employees through early meetings. We should familiarise ourselves with evacuation routes and understand the specific requirements and matters needing attention in fire evacuation exercises. At the same time, ensure that the evacuation passageways of workshops are opened normally.
The drill process is strictly in accordance with the "Fire drill implementation program" procedures, staff awareness of fire safety and the use of fire extinguishing equipment have a deeper understanding, can truly achieve the "prevention-oriented, combined prevention and elimination" principle, in the event of fire accidents can respond quickly to fire alarms, fully ensure their own and company finances. The safety of production has improved the contingency capability of fighting against emergencies.
